This coming 10 days, let's try :
- Stop complaining / whining. Verbally, on twitter & facebook.
- Write gratitude list for things we're grateful for - every night.
- No negative talk. No fat talk. Replace with positive affirmations.
- Work on this two things : daily prayer & quran recitation
- Smile more & give more hugs to people around us.
