siapa nama maksu? atiqah!!!

oh, mlm td jam 3 baru berjaya sampai ke katil untuk tidur meskipun arrival jam1 am. siang sabtu text encik along, "helow, haw a youh...(gaye abg kasim).ikah nak request buku for my birthday, boleh?" along kata, "what kind of book, if within budget, ok then". so, i texted him dan along kata he'll look for it. yeay!!!

smpai je, lepas check inbox, blog, mana yg patut, terus call rumah dengkil (kakak's). ingatkan abah n ma je ada, rupenye along pun ada jugak. along cuba meniru gaya abg kasim ttp gagal. kuang3.. sembang dan sembang, lalu dy berkata
"ikah, muaz dah tahu sebut nama kamu"
"tahu lah..itu dah lama dah tahu..."
"ha..siapa nama maksu? atikah ...!"
"haa..?????? sebut atiqah ke? alalalala....bijaknye dy..."
"itu le, adik beradik kita, nama kamu la dy sebut dulu...tp nama org lain pun semua dy dah sebut, mak uda -imma, dahalan, yong, mariah, nordin...(his gramps on kak ida's side)."

i was over the top lagi. tak sabar nak melayan keletah si kecik tu. mama kata muaz kuat makan. abah pun emphasize benda yg sama, and call muaz to the phone, again, "siapa nama maksu???" "a-ti-kah" pelan je suara si kecik tu. maksu plak over excited. nama angah however, masih berbunyi "wuih". hahahah... for Fairuz ke for ilus i dont know.. abah dy nama Mamal... ummi dy nama wawaidah... (akmal and Juwaidah). adddooi la cinta hati maksu sorang ni...

as always, si kecik tu mmg excited habis jumpa cinta hati maksu yg lagi sorang, baby azam deary... yg baru2 ni didapati ada hydroceph, dan akan further follow up in HKL neuro... tp, so far we hope for the problem to subside on its own alongside with his brain growth.. terjawab la persoalan kenapa obvious sgt urat2 kat kepala dy, why his head is so big and his vomiting... Alhamdulillah ala kulli hal...

it's february 14th, means i missed another cousin's wedding.. Kak Ngah hidayah, which is also why semua my family stay in dengkil last nite... sebab dekat dgn kenduri in Kajang.. benci betul lah miss2 kenduri ni...

ok, jom pergi sekolah... perkongsian PERTAMA insyaAllah menyusul tak lama lagi...

meninggalkan comfort zone secara temporary

meninggalkan rumah untuk satu journey yang panjang tanpa individu-individu yg signifikan (hpusemates lah maksudnya tu) adalah sangat discomforting bagi aku. haish~ lebih2 lagi 2 malam tak tidur katil sendiri, biasanya akan end up tak lena tidur/tak tidur langsung dan mungkin mata akan mem"panda" dan muka akan sembab. tapi, kadang2 kita terpaksa juga keluar dari kepompong selesa ini untuk kepentingan2 mahupun keperluan2 semasa. i am a home person, boleh survive duduk di rumah saja, asalkan sesekali ada jalan2 petangnya. traveling is not something i minat sangat, sebab meninggalkan rumah memang satu perkara tak best.

kadang-kadang, hidup ni memang memerlukan kita keluar dari comfort zone kita. kesian kalau ada orang yang rumah bukan comfort zone nye, macam mana la nak hidup ye?

making new friends dengan Melayu jugak adalah satu yang diluar comfort zone aku. haaaaa... adoi sangat.

aku packing2 sambil minum tropicana twister sedap melampau tu. ada adik prihatin tolong bawakkan dari Malaysia. ada 2 botol 355 ml. memang nikmat sangat. Jenama jus no 1 di dunia katanya, macam tipu je. tak ada pun kat Jordan. huh!

beg aku boleh tahan besar, padahal nak tidur satu malam je pun. errrr. malu la jugak. tapi aku mula sedar, hal ini menggambarkan sifat orang perempuan yang prefer to be ready for things to go wrong, and kalau macam aku, trying as best as possible as i can to make new place as comfy or at least as convenient as home. kalau sakit dah siap ada ubatnya, kalau sejuk dah siap ada selimut + pakaian yg mencukupi. kalau ada yang yg tertumpah kuah ke ape ke, ada bergantinya. perempuan mmg suka pandang jauh ke depan dan kadangkala expect the worst jugak. which, in some situation may be beneficial. dan mungkin jugak sebab perempuan mmg lebih banyak neccessities nya.

lelaki lain. sehelai sepinggang pun dy boleh. carefree. ke careless? huahua. bukan, memang pemikiran org lelaki tu tak complicated kot. dan aku rasa inilah perbezaan yg kita kena appreciate, saling melengkapi katanya. mungkin bg lelaki when thing goes wrong and they have to struggle a bit as a result of not being prepared, it's adventurous. tp untuk org perempuan itu adalah satu perkara yg menyusahkan. 

jadi, sekarang aku faham kenapa mama punya preparation utk travel biasanya tak terfahamkan dek akal aku zaman kecik2. contohnya pisau multipurpose yg abah guna dulu bila ada operasi dalam hutan, mama bawak untuk bekalan pergi snorkeling??? dan roti gardenia? dan kek pisang? sampai tgh laut aku jugak yang, "mama...lapar..." dan pisau tu boleh digunakan untuk memotong kek and also ada can opener if u need any. roti gardenia boleh dimakan oleh manusia dan of course utk umpan ikan2 colourful datang ke permukaan sebab ada org tu tak nampak ikan kat dasar laut sebab bila pakai goggles ko tak boleh pakai cermin mata.

oh, rindu rumah dan orang kat rumah ;).

called home this afternoon, actually, kakak's home lah. sebelum mama berangkat ke rumah cucu sulungnya si muaz itu. baby azam is okay, alhamdulillah... CT scan revealed hydrocephaly but katanya akan subside with brain growth. still, he's going to need follow up at HKL neurology department. kakak kata dy dah kurang muntah2 and all. jenuh kakak nak sebut sub-arachnoid hemorrhage and i was like, "eh, panggil mama lah senang" haiyyo.. 

and, planning to text my siblings my birthday wishlist hehehehehhhh... 

ok, akhir kata, selamat tinggal untuk few days. i hutang u all entry al-ain w al hasad. nanti lah ye. cik sopiah dah depress sbb skolah nak bukak dah this sunday. aku feelingless sebab ada jugak excited nak kelas, dan of course rasa tak puas cuti - i was supposed to feel boring sebenarnya... ini adalah cuti yg takde main game langsung. farmville pun tak bape sangat. gud3...

tgh tggu instax mini 7 tiba dari Malaysia. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~~~

eh, akhir kata pun panjang jugak.

Why I Like It Longer

Measurements matter. It's longer than my ex's length. Styles matter. It's a lot more stylish than my ex. Functions matter. It totally beats my ex's functions. And all this, mixed, would give you : total satisfaction.

If u've been a frequent reader of this you might have noticed my LG maniac behavior. LG is like the only phone brand i'd look for when it comes to buying new phones, for one simple reason : Style. Nothing beats my 1st LG crush : KF 750, Secret. u will always be in my heart, though not in my hand. :P

anyway, being a med student, I never like anything long. we always crave for shortcuts. when it comes to reading : we'd go for quick review, crash course series, any simple and concise textbook. We'd simplify every long sentences we encounter with short ones. 

I hate waiting in long queues, long hair means more shampoo, long conversation wastes my time (except when it is with people we care, of course), long blog entry waste both my time and your time. :p lol. except when it comes to cooking, i'd go the long way, i made pancakes from the scratch, thank God maple syrup comes bottled. 

This LG BL-40 is a total heart robber. (hey, ada ke perkataan ni?). when my LG secret was "terendam in air sabun", i was stucked to the fact that i'll never find anything that matches my feeling for the phone, except buying another new Secret. It turns out, the phone functions perfectly and the water dries off thoroughly due to the hot weather in summer. Jodoh la kata orang... then comes another water-involving-incident, and i decided to get a new phone, and the only thing affordable by that time was LG cookie. Arena was beyond budget, and Crystal has not been available around. 

I used cookie, where my phone activities are focused more to phone calls and web browsing, no more texting too much cuz, it feels awkward and weird, not having keypad. hahaha... and I still regret the fact that i gave up my old phone. until one day, i received this nuffnang notification email on LG BL40 giveaway. OMGGGGG..!!! another stylish phone, that speaks for herself.

Long doesn't always mean good. or more. as they say sometimes less is more. but comparing to the old LG chocolate, which has never been something attractive to me... there's some magic between this long phone and me. I totally get over LG secret, and if i dont get myself this new Chocolate, i wont even settle for crystal, i think. 

Long and sleek design means : no more bulky pockets when i wear my winter coat. yeay!!!! hey, it's a slim phone, u know u'd love it, i know i do! 

I can't stop comparing other phones with my ex : even though some phones have relatively better functions, I'd still condemn the look of the phone, and of course u dont find any phone with video camera that functions 120fps that is goodlooking. i toss away my digital camera since i start using Secret, and stopped taking pictures with my phone after we broke up. 

and i love it long cuz it comes with wi-fi, so we can go facebooking-bawah-hiram (winter blankie) and of course i can check my emails without having to walk to my workstation and switch on the desktop first. finally an LG creation that satisfy my daily needs. yep, i never leave home without my inbox checked.

4" display. (stunned in amazement). 3" makes ur browsing expreience awesome, so i guess 4" makes it awesome-errr. told you that measurements matter. and one lovely feature that resembles my ex-phone would be the LCD is protected by tampered glass, i scratched my Secret with keys, and it is amazingly resistant to any harm. and of course this one comes with an added value feature : It's HD - high def. it's like... u can watch videos with awesome quality. i thank God that he gave me chance to practice touch phone with Cookie, hopefully handling the new chocolate would be easy and not messy, ;;)

now the problem is, i can't buy myself a new phone cuz i just got in summer. i should actually wait or a better way would be winning one, which is why, im blogging this entry. hahah. wish me luck! it feels great to fall head over heels again with a phone. ;;) would be greater if u can actually get it, ayte? and getting urself over something u dont own anymore gives even greater satisfaction. and, i still can't locate if the phone is available yet in Jordan or not. 

LG BL 40 : the new Chocolate, a totally perfect sculpture. that actually functions and IS NOT boring. 

p/s: if you're the kind of person who loves LG and style, take it from me : Always go for Black Label Series phones, they never let you down, and comes with excellent packaging.
