hello month of march =)

assalamualaikum.

okey, march memang bulan dinanti-nanti setiap tahun. tahun ni, selain march, june is most awaited as well. tee hee hee.. Even along knows my sole intention of calling him this evening.


me : along, saje je tepon...maklumla dah bulan mac ni kan...


him : ha tulah. along dah agak dah..
me : (berbudi bahasa..tanye2 kabar sket, bgtau nak exam).
him : ha, lagi? hal-hal lain nye ape..?

me : hehe..(gaye comel) ikah dah bagitau kakak dah ikah nak ape..nnt along contact kakak lah ye.. 

request approved, tapi kita nantikan saja bila nak dapat tu kan. 

ok, entry harini basically berupa entry personal. usually entry bersifat seperti ini tidak di link on my messenger status or facebook wall. sebab, i prefer only few people read it, korang-korang ni lah kan. yg close2 gitu!!

well, according to... (tak ingat pulak buku mana, but I'm 70% positive 7 Habits -Sean Covey) when you want to achieve something it's good to rope-up. Let people around you know what are you up to, so they can keep you on the track. And also, it is very frequently advised to jot down / let people know so you will have more will-power to continue what you're doing. 

So, starting from march 1st, I intended to start tracking my food intake and financial expenses. Basically our main issue is that I really need to lose some weight, and research has proven that people who track their food tend to lose twice as much because you can reflect on your eating habit and improvise. Before ni dah try dah, tapi sehari dua je, then langsung.... haha. And same goes to financial records... It's good to write down your daily expenses so you know where do you spend your money the most. i succeeded in december, and FOOD was dominating, followed by transportation and phone expenses. see the connection??? I eat a lot, and walk less (sebab tu transportation jatuh nombor duaaaa tuuu). then january tak berjaya. february first few days.

tapi, january and february I think after food dah bukan transport lagi due to excessive shopping baju + kasut. nak-nak pulak sekarang ada tendency online-window-shopping. Kalau window shopping kat mall, at least tahu penat ye tak. ni kalau dah duduk atas kerusi, depan heater, klik-klik je...(paling-paling pun lenguh2 sikit tengkuk mengadap pc...)memang sedar-sedar hari dah gelap je la dari siang dok window shopping nye kan... window je lah, nak shopping betul2 bukan ade duit pun. and i don't think it's worth it pun kalau beli dari vendor yg dari malaysia sebab usually shipping dah macam harga barang or twice as much. jadi setakat markavip boleh la dik non...tak dilupakan aktiviti baru...yg menelan belanje jugak..haih.takpe2.

ketakberjayaan konsisten to keep track ni,most probably because i write it down on a piece of paper. so, memang malas-malas aje nak tulis. so, I've decided to make some effort and make the journaling a lil bit more interesting, well effort-nya tepek2 buku je pun... buku nota tahun bila tah banyak lagi kosong... (masa beli bukan main lagi, nak yang khams mawaad (5-subjects) bagai....-oh, mesti 2nd year, sebab 5 subjek. haha) and tadaaaaa


 setelah di-touch-up a lil bit...sticker tu pun dah bertahun beli tak guna...

sectional divider...font gedik abes tak menahan...pink plak tu...

bulletin board tempek bertahun2 baru sekali ni ade benda berfaedah ditampal diatasnye...

okey...by this point, most of you will say, "gedik gile ko one....takde keja ke....6hb exam CNS dowh...." eh tipu, manade korang cakap "dowh" plak kan... and mungkin ada 2-3 kerat yg baik hati berkate, "awwwwww....sweet gileeeeeee...comei sangat!!!" sempena nak amik hati kan.. or mungkin selepas membaca ayat-ayat di atas terdetik di hati anda, "amendeeeeeeee ko wehhh".

by the way, march is eating healthy month on sparkpeople.com . so, kalau korang nak eating healthy calendar seperti di atas, boleh download dari sparkpeople. ok lah, my exam is on the 6th, tolong doakan sama-sama lah ye. i janji pasni i tak gedik-gedik dah. Akhir kata, besarlah harapan saya supaya dengan inisiatif ini saya akan istiqamah dalam mencatat trend pemakanan dan perbelanjaan saya selepas ini, seterusnya mengurus dan mengkaya.
