do women make better manager?

sunday is my favorite day of all. (tipu.tipu. last night i was like, "damn lah esok sunday...tak puas cuti"). dan tidak lupa juga, sy ingin memohon maaf kpd kengkawan sekalian kerana tidak dapat menyertai BBQ semalam. was too exhausted to even function. hadoi.

back to the good sunday story. because i enjoy management lectures. and today's discussion is rather something interesting when the professor shows this. female manager, rated by peers as 


i guess the guys in my class might be somehow intimidated by this data presentation. it kinda bothers me too anyway. maybe because of i believe men are the ones who are supposed to be leaders. and this is so contradicting. it's annoying every time justification from management class is contradicting with what has been proposed in Islam. and i started to think about this issue.

women, as portrayed in the table above, triumph over men in issues like motivating, good communication, high quality work, and LISTEN to others. before i realize this fact, i was like "okay, perempuan mmg biasanya akan fikir lebih jauh, sedikit kompleks, tapi mmg sentiasa cautious. that's why they're better manager". tapi bila tengok balik kriteria yang perempuan dapat banyak tick adalah things that are related to being sensitive.

perempuan, memang berjiwa lembut. hatinya cepat tersentuh, dan lebih peka dan sensitif berbanding lelaki. benda-benda yang menjadi bonus point kepada manager perempuan dalam soal-selidik ini adalah perkara-perkara yang memang sinonim dengan perempuan. persoalannya, kenapa? because we treat people the way we wanted to be treated. men, on the other hand, don't really give a damn about communication, motivation and listeners. "so, if i can live without it, why cant u??" perhaps, that's a good reason, male managers are not being favored in this kaji selidik.

dan, mungkin juga perempuan memang akan dengar pendapat orang lain, simply for not being confident enough with their own decision. maybe lah kan. at least i am like that most of the time. basically because i dont really enjoy to be burden with the possibility of being blamed if anything goes wrong. haiz~

and another thing is that, just because female manager receives such rating, still it doesn't necessarily means that women make better manager. popularity/favoritism is not the benchmark on this issue. 

tapi perempuan memang most of the time lebih teliti berbanding lelaki. lebih bersedia. like mothers yang bawak banyak sangat barang bila nak travel simply because when things go wrong, she prefers to be well equipped kan.and tidak dapat disangkal lagi, perempuan mmg lebih cekap mengurus rumah tangga berbanding lelaki. like kalau u can't find your stuff, u'd go ask your mom or sister instead of asking your dad/ brother kan. kesimpulannya : لكل مقام مقال 

orang perempuan apakah akan marah bila membaca ini. tapi, aku pun perempuan. mati la ada orang kata aku ni lemah / lembik pulak nanti. harap je kecik-kecik rajin tengok 3R, tak ada semangat feminism langsung! cewah.. unfortunately, this is just my 2 cents, feel free to drop yours as well.

babbling tak termasuk ea dalam good managing skills. =P unfortunately.

Well, my answer is.. It depends on tempat.. Just like yg One cakap tu..

Tapi. kalau ade soalan,

Do women make better leaders?

My answer will be.. Of course NOT..!! Hehe..

Men are better leaders.. They have good leadership and etc..

seperti akhawaat2 yg hidup pd zaman
"Imam H al-B", tarbiyah tu bertumpu utk menyediakan mereka menjadi Ibu yg mampu membentuk individu2 Muslim di dlm rumahtangga..

So, kita adalah manager di situ.. Dan "better" di situ

Dan men adalah manager di tempat mereka.. Dan mereka "better" di sana.

but
a leader is not necessarily could be a manager
